‘The Creative Power of Spiritual Healing’ in Lahore, Pakistan sometime in January
Amat-un-Nur Hayat held a four-day healing retreat in January at her centre in Lahore, Pakistan, and invited Sarida Brown to co-lead it with her. As the first Inayati healing retreat in Pakistan, it deserves to be marked through our email group lists This report was mostly written before the bombings in Pakistan, the most recent of which has been at the shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar in Sehwan, Sindh. Please hold our sisters and brothers in our hearts, remembering how much they have to offer and teach us through their living spiritual wisdom – and honour their whole country for its beauty and sacredness. Amat-un-Nur writes: Murshid’s Message has never been so timely as it is now. Not just the soul of man but the soul of the planet is in anguish and the cry is louder today than ever before. We the Message-bearers of Hazrat Inayat Khan have this task before us to do our utmost in delivering the soothing touch of his words to the ailing humanity, applying to it the balm of Love, Harmony and Beauty with a spirit of generosity which is the gift of the elder brothers and sisters within human kinship. Amat-un-Nur is the national leader for Pakistan, regional representative for South-East Asia, Vice President of Kinship and Shefayat. Sarida Brown is Kefayat for the Healing Order. |
